Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to orders placed on covkart.com. 

1. Requesting Cancellation or Changes 

To request cancellation or change an order, email info@covkart.com as soon as possible with your order number and the requested action. 

Sending a request does not mean it has been accepted. We will check the order status and confirm whether it can be processed. 

2. Orders Already Being Prepared or Dispatched 

Cancellation or modification may not be possible once an item has entered preparation, customisation, or dispatch. 

For a dispatched order, any eligible return will be handled under our Return and Refund Policy. 

3. Cancellation Charge 

An accepted customer-requested cancellation after order placement attracts a ₹200 cancellation charge, where permitted by applicable law. 

For a prepaid order, the charge will be deducted from the refundable amount. We will explain the refund calculation when confirming cancellation. 

This charge must be disclosed before purchase. It does not apply to cancellation resulting from our inability to fulfil the order, a material error in our listing, or another circumstance in which a fee-free cancellation is required by law. 

Where Covkart unilaterally cancels a confirmed order, Covkart will bear an equivalent ₹200 charge payable to the customer, in addition to refunding the amount collected, as applicable under the cancellation-charge requirements of law. 

4. Cancellation by Covkart 

We may be unable to fulfil an order because of stock unavailability, a material listing error, an unserviceable address, or a genuine payment or fraud concern. 

We will notify you and explain the available resolution. We will not substitute a different product or increase the agreed price without your consent. 

5. Cancellation Refunds 

Approved cancellation refunds will be initiated within 1–3 business days of cancellation confirmation, normally to the original payment method. 

The bank or payment provider may require additional time to credit the refund. 

The ₹99 return/exchange charge is not added to an accepted cancellation that involves no product return.
