These terms govern purchases from and use of covkart.com, operated by COVKART.COM, a partnership firm trading as Covkart, with Sanjoy Pradhan and Suman Patra as its partners.

“We”, “us”, and “our” refer to the business operating Covkart. “You” refers to the website user or customer.
1. Application of These Terms
Please read these terms before ordering. They apply together with the product information and the Shipping, Cancellation, Return and Refund, and Privacy Policies displayed on our website.
Mandatory rights under applicable law take priority over any conflicting provision.
2. Eligibility and Account Information
Orders must be placed by a person legally capable of entering a binding contract. A parent or guardian may purchase on behalf of a minor.
You must provide accurate order, contact, and delivery details and use only payment methods you are authorised to use.
If you create an account, keep its credentials confidential and notify us of suspected unauthorised access.
3. Products and Compatibility
Please read the product description and check your exact device model, variant, and compatibility requirements before purchasing.
Product photographs illustrate the item. Minor colour differences may occur because of lighting or screen settings, but this does not excuse a material difference from the description.
Any warranty, performance claim, or product-specific restriction will be stated in the relevant listing. A mobile cover does not guarantee protection against every fall, impact, liquid exposure, or other form of damage.
4. Prices and Payments
Prices are shown in Indian rupees. Applicable taxes and any additional charges will be identified before the order is placed.
The amount agreed at checkout applies to the order. Later price changes do not retrospectively increase that amount.
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Online payments may be processed through Razorpay or another provider identified during payment. Cash on Delivery is available only where shown.
If payment is debited but an order is not confirmed, contact info@covkart.com with the transaction reference.
5. Order Acceptance
An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order. Fulfilment remains subject to payment verification, product availability, and delivery serviceability.
If we cannot fulfil an order, we will inform you and arrange the applicable refund or another solution with your agreement.
For a material pricing or listing error, we will explain the error and obtain your agreement before proceeding on revised terms. Otherwise, the order will be cancelled and the amount collected refunded.
6. Delivery
Processing, delivery estimates, shipping charges, and delivery-related assistance are governed by our Shipping Policy.
Please report non-delivery or a delivery discrepancy promptly so we can investigate.
7. Cancellations, Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
These requests are governed by the corresponding policies on our website.
Eligible voluntary returns and exchanges attract the stated ₹99 charge, with customer-paid return postage as described in the Return and Refund Policy. An accepted cancellation may attract the separate charge stated in the Cancellation Policy.
These charges and eligibility conditions do not restrict remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Personalised Orders
Where a product permits personalisation, you are responsible for checking the submitted text, images, device model, and other instructions.
You must have the necessary rights or permission to use submitted material. We may decline content that is unlawful or infringes another person’s rights.
We use submitted material to fulfil and support the order. We will obtain separate permission before using a customer’s private photographs in marketing.
9. Acceptable Use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with checkout, introduce malicious software, submit fraudulent orders, impersonate another person, or unlawfully obtain information about other users.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect the service. Doing so does not cancel a legitimate outstanding refund or other legal obligation.
10. Intellectual Property and Reviews
Website content owned by Covkart or its licensors may not be commercially reproduced or reused without permission, except as permitted by law.
Third-party brand and device names remain the property of their respective owners. References to compatibility do not imply endorsement or affiliation.
Reviews must reflect genuine experiences and must not disclose another person’s private information. Reviews submitted for public display may be published and moderated for unlawful content, spam, or personal information. Genuine criticism will not be removed merely because it is negative.
11. Third-Party Services
External websites and optional services may operate under their own terms.
Our use of payment, hosting, or courier providers does not remove Covkart’s obligations to its customers for orders placed with us.
12. Website Availability and Liability
We take reasonable care in operating the website but cannot promise uninterrupted access or the absence of every technical error.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect commercial losses that were not reasonably foreseeable from the relevant transaction.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability or consumer remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled and how to raise requests or complaints.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Please first contact info@covkart.com so we can attempt to resolve your concern. This does not prevent you from approaching a competent consumer commission, court, or other authority available under applicable law.
15. Changes and Severability
We may update these terms prospectively. The terms applicable when an order is placed will govern that purchase, except where a change is legally required or separately agreed.
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
